How to Request Tech Support:

1. Help Request via Email (Internet Access Required):

  • A trained technician will typically contact you within 24 hours during the active hours listed above. (Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.)

2. Help Request via Phone:

  • For assistance in English or Spanish, call: 847-990-4399
  • Please include the following information in your message:
    • Your name
    • Student's name or ID number
    • Contact phone number
    • Email address
    • Description of the issue
  • You will be asked to leave a message, and a trained technician will typically contact you within 24 hours during the active hours listed above. (Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.)
