- A trained technician will typically contact you within 24 hours during the active hours listed above. (Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.)
2. Help Request via Phone:
- For assistance in English or Spanish, call: 847-990-4399
- Please include the following information in your message:
- Your name
- Student's name or ID number
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Description of the issue
- You will be asked to leave a message, and a trained technician will typically contact you within 24 hours during the active hours listed above. (Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays.)
